MICROCONŽ 800/400 The portable MICROCONŽ 800 and 400 series are designed to provide proper in-room dilution, filtering all areas of the room by producing a CIRCUMFLOW air pattern. This pattern eliminates the dead spots and stagnant layers where submicron contamination exists. Standard, permanent engineering controls can create negative pressure within an isolation room. UV Option: The MICROCONŽ 800 and 400 portable air purifiers are also available with the addition of germicidal ultraviolet lamps. Positioned in the base section, the lamps are fully protected and provide a high radiation intensity of UV in the 254 nanometer wave length. The combination of HEPA filtration and germicidal UV irradiation are an excellent combination for inactive airborne microorganisms in health care settings. |
